Family Fitness Night-Thursday March 17th

Bring your tennis shoes and join certified Zumba instructors next Thursday March 17th for Family Fitness Night from 3:00-6:00 at Farmington Elementary gym during parent teacher conferences and the book fair. Lourdes Hospital will be here to take BMI (body mass index) and blood pressure screens. PACS Now will have a booth set up as well as 4H with healthy eating on a budget information. Healthy snacks will be provided for all!
